Belonging midweek

Small Groups

Small Groups are integral to our life together as a community of God's people. They are a place where we can know and be known, love and be loved, and serve and be served - through Bible study, friendship and fun, with Christ at the centre. We call them “Life Groups”

We have five Life groups; one meets on a Tuesday morning, the others on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening.

Andrew Turner can give you more information - pick up a leaflet from church for details.

Missional Communities

We have some new missional communities. The members of each Missional Communities share a common vision to reach a neighbourhood or social network with the gospel. They are groups of 6-30 people, based around...

  • exploring and working out a lifestyle of faith
  • investing in our relationships with God and each other
  • finding ways of loving North Abingdon and beyond and being part of its life

We currently have:

  • Outnumbered, a community for parents of teenagers
  • Work Out, a community for people in the workplace
  • Fragile Earth, a community with a shared concern for God’s beautiful but fragile earth
  • Connect, a community connecting  20-30s with social events and the local church
  • Art & Soul, gathering people who work in or have an interest in the creative arts

Contact Keith Dunnett,, for more information.
